APPOINTMENTS
All appointments we require at least 24 hrs cancellation notice otherwise fees may be incurred.
Application of new extensions will incur a deposit of 50% which will be non refundable.
Major colour corrections will also require up to 50% deposit which will be non refundable.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service with us we will be more then happy to try resolve.
Refunds will not be issued unless we have had the opportunity to remedy situation.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind.
PURCHASES THROUGH THIS SITE
Any purchases through this site if proven to be faulty within 30 days of purchase will be refunded in full or exchange will be offered.
All accessories purchased are not refundable or exchangeable for change of mind. This is due to hygiene of our products.
